SHIPPING POLICY

At Nitro Shot® we do our best to keep product prices affordable. In an effort to keep shipping rates fair for our customers, we offer tiered rates that vary by weight and services. These prices reflect our actual cost of packaging and shipping.

   •    US Priority Mail
   •    (up to 2 lbs including packing materials) $  6.00
   •    (up to 9 lbs including packing materials) $10.50
   •    (up to 13.5 lbs including packing materials) $15.00
   •    OPTIONAL SERVICES
   •    Signature Confirmation - Add $1.00
   •    Signature Confirmation plus Insurance - Add $2.50
   •    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS - Contact our office for the following shipments/services:
   •    Expedited Orders
   •    International Orders
   •    Large orders (heavier than listed weights and services)

Standard Shipping Methods:
We ship primarily via United States Postal Service  to physical addresses within the Continental United States. We provide e-mail notification at time of shipment. We make every effort to process each order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return any item purchased from Nitro Shot® for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. for online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. refunds for unopened items will be issued via your original form of payment with one exception. online orders paid for with PayPal and returned to a Vitamin Shoppe retail store will be refunded via merchandise credit.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Mundo Culturista, as Nitro Shot® owner, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
